A Travel Within

Bodh- Gaya is a place where Buddha found enlightenment. But the irony of this fact is- the source of enlightenment was his inner soul, not any outer worldly tool. It's true that this life-changing event took place at this place, the ultimate transition took place within him, did not influenced any way the destiny of the place at that time nor I think it's changing the destiny at present times. Utmost, Bodh-Gaya is a symbol, a symbol of enlightenment, but to most of us this symbol is unreachable, so we always find our selves to mired in the darkness. The symbolic power  of this place is not influencing our thinking. The place of peace remains only as a place of pleasure, to be enjoyed as a tourist, but not to find a solace as a traveller within.
Whenever I go to Bodh-Gaya,  I don't find any presence of Buddha there, it just reminds me that the Buddha is inside us. We can find the temples and statues of Buddha there, but if we are really searching the meaning of Buddha, we will have to travel inside our own self. The temples of Buddha lies outside, but it's aura is within ourselves. Whenever we smile sincerely with heart, the Buddha present there smiles too. Whenever we love someone, the Buddha become ecstatic. Whenever  we help someone, the Buddha showers us with his blessings. Even in our wrong-doings, Buddha send us uneasiness to remind us about our true selves.  Buddha speaks silently in every heart-beats in our life. But, do we listen to it's rhythm? Everyone who is reading this peace, the Buddha within him or her,is increasing the frequency of his auras to become one with the universe. TATHAASTU.
